What is the time commitment?

You can progress through the Balance Path at your own pace, and at your leisure. All materials are housed in our member hub and can be accessed whenever and wherever you have internet! You can make progress with just 10 minutes a day! We even have a private podcast if you prefer to devour the lessons that way.
